I just had a wonderful experience shooting a short film called Everyday Hero. The movie is about a superhero that must learn how to cope with losing his powers. I play one of the pub locals. Review: The Word for World is Forest

The Word for World is Forest is a science-fiction novel by Ursula Le Guin, although the science-fiction elements are very much just window-dressing. This story is very much an analogue for the US’ involvement in the Vietnam War. Unfortunately, the story has all the subtlety of a sledgehammer. Right from the first chapter, Le Guin makes her opposition to the war evident.

#PennedPossibilities 589 — Do you use any writing tools or software?

I use Scrivener for fiction and poetry, and for screenplays I use WriterDuet. For my worldbuilding I use LibreOffice, Inkscape, Blender3d and Gimp. I have also used Unity to see the lay of the land, so to speak. For my languages I use PolyGlot.
